Packages are set-up for your financial budget (which ever one you can afford) ~ your compliancy with HSA suggestions for holistic health focus will help achieve your health goals. 1) Infertility Consultation: $50 (30 minutes)
Perhaps you have tried getting pregnant for a while with no success. You are considering acupuncture as a couple. Come in for a 30-minute consultation which is REQUIRED by both partners. We will review treatment plan, lifestyle and goals. This is not an in-depth health history. Individual first treatment appointments are also required to address specific concerns.

At your first infertility appointment we will review your menses cycle, lifestyle choices, and general health. This is an in-depth health history. Food therapy and possible herbs will be discussed. Thank you for sharing your birthing experience with Harvest Seed Acupuncture. I greatly appreciate the opportunity to serve you and your family with compassionate care. We have a new electronic hydraulic table for easy entrance and exit and can accommodate your growing baby belly. Below are the treatment packages offered for moms.
1A) PREGNANCY FIRST TREATMENT: $140 (90 minutes)
HSA is here to support you through all your trimesters. Whether you just found out you're pregnant or in your last trimester. We are here to support you and your baby. During your first appointment we can focus on fatigue, nausea, back pain, concentration and emotional well-being. Partners welcome to join at this visit.
If your baby is in a "breech position", please contact HSA as soon as possible as we'll make "room" for you even if the the schedule is full. Herbs are highly encouraged and effective 85% at first appointment (safe for you and baby) to promote correct positioning with more information provided at first appointment.
1B) PREGNANCY FOLLOW UP TREATMENTS: $95 (45 minutes)

2) BIRTHING PACKAGE TREATMENT: $350
(Home visit prior to birth, 2 hours of birthing support, 1 postpartum visit)
Includes a home visit with your Doula/Midwife prior to birth. Two hours of birthing encouragement with Acupuncture and other natural modalities during the birthing process (day/night) teaming with your Doula/ Midwife. {additional hours of birthing encouragement are available for $125 per hour}. As well as a postpartum visit with light massage, lactation support and healing points. HSA looks forward to working with your birth team.
3) BIRTHING PREPARE SUPPORT TREATMENT: $140 (60 minutes)
The birthing experience is coming as you are 38 to 40 weeks...so exciting. Your desire to be physically, emotionally and spiritually ready for Baby is important. Physically, we focus on cervical thinning and hip opening and Breast preparedness. Candles, essential oils, soft music, light massage and points to have the body prepared for birthing experience. CANCELLATIONS and NO SHOWS

* A No-show will count as a session within a package whether payment is due/not due at 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc appointment of your package payment.
If your last appointment is past 12 months, you will be charged a new patient fee for your first appointment back.
REFUNDS:
**Refunds on packages: In the event that a patient is requesting a refund (ie: moving out of the area), please note the following. Refunds will be given at 75 % of the unused value of the given package purchased for administrative costs. For example, a Package of 6 visits was purchased and 2 visits were used. $450 - $150 = $300 remaining. $225 will be refunded via check to you.
($300 x 75% = $225 will be refunded to patient)
WHY DON'T YOU TAKE INSURANCE?
My patients typically do not have insurance carriers that covers acupuncture (ie Medicare, Medicaid, and private carriers). The administrative task for managing is time orientated and costly especially for a small practice such as Harvest Seed Acupuncture. Very small percentage would benefit from this service. At any time, I am happy to provide a receipt for your cost ~ simply email. As a patient, you are always welcome to use your Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account (CC fees apply) from your employer or own private investment. Medicare ONLY covers low back pain for a given number of a appointment in a year.
When you become a patient, you will receive excellent care catered to your individual health concerns. One patient, one treatment at a time whether you are an elementary student, young dad or a senior citizen. I will not double book appointments. Being a patient myself for a decade before I chose to gain a Master’s in Acupuncture or Oriental Medicine (herbs), I appreciated individual care and attention. You may have to wait just a few minutes for an appointment at most as I pride myself on being “on time”. I will communicate with you via phone, email or text in a timely manner. Taking care of your health concerns is my number one priority. I greatly appreciate you investing in your physically, mental, spiritual and emotional health. Finally, take the time to read reviews, inquire and become familiar with who you are getting Acupuncture from. A Licensed Acupuncturists (LAc) has over 3000 hours of education and clinical experience. An LAc has to take five national boards prior to treating patients coupled with 60 hours of training every four years. Understanding the training difference is noted below:
