Chronic Constipation

May we suggest a few simple foods added to your nutritional diet ?   Artichokes, Pineapple, Melon (any type...water, musk), Spinach and Kefir.

Fall Allergy Remedy

Dear Friend, in the last day, I have had my usual sneezing (used six cloth handkerchiefs in one day), allergies, short of breath, blowing nose and coughing fits (no sore throat).  I had tried something different and thought this may work for you.  
I was amazed at what a difference this makes since I started taking this. 
  • Raw ginger cut into small pieces.
  • One grouping of green onions (using the white bottoms only)
  • Daikon which is a white radish.  This veggie in particular work at really getting rid of the phlegm.  **SUGGESTION:  Use Daikon in stir fry vegetable dish as a prevention in for your body associated with respiratory issues.

Put with 6 cups or so of water and cook slow.  I have been drinking as a tea.  There are many foods to help us get better.

Are you interested in eating a low histamine diet?  

Remember that histamine intolerance works like a sink. You might be ok with 1 strawberry or 1 bite of pineapple. But if you combine a few bites here and there of high histamine foods, your sink might overflow. Your histamine sink can be fuller due to exposure to seasonal allergens, mold, fluctuating hormones, dehydration, stress, etc. You’ll want to keep this in mind when making food choices.
